Fildena 100 mg can cause hypotension (low blood pressure) under certain conditions, even though most healthy men tolerate it well. The risk depends on dosage, underlying health, and drug interactions.
Fildena works by relaxing blood vessels to increase blood flow to the penis. This vasodilation can lower blood pressure, but in most men it is mild. Hypotension is more likely to occur in the following situations:
Concurrent use of nitrates or nitric oxide donors – Combining FILDENA 100 MG with medications like nitroglycerin (for angina) can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure, sometimes leading to dizziness, fainting, or shock.

In most healthy men, Fildena 100 mg may cause mild, temporary drops in blood pressure, often presenting as facial flushing, dizziness, or lightheadedness. Severe hypotension is rare and usually related to drug interactions or pre-existing heart conditions.
Fildena 100 mg can cause hypotension mainly when combined with nitrates, in men with cardiovascular disease, or in situations that already lower blood pressure. Monitoring and medical guidance are essential to minimize risk.
