Malegra 25 mg (sildenafil) should not be taken more than once in 24 hours in almost all cases. Why once a day is the limit Sildenafil stays in the body for several hours. Taking it again too soon can cause: Dangerous drop in blood pressure Severe headache, dizziness, fainting Increased strain on the heart When you MUST NOT repeat it within a day (important cases) You should not take a second dose the same day if: 1. The first dose has already been taken within 24 hours Even if the effect was weak or absent 2. You are taking nitrate medicines Examples: Nitroglycerin (for chest pain/angina) Malegra 25 mg tablets or spray Combination can cause life-threatening low BP 3. You have heart-related symptoms after the first dose Chest pain Severe dizziness Shortness of breath Do NOT re-dose; seek medical help 4. You have used other PDE5 drugs the same day Viagra, Penegra, Cenforce, etc. These are the same class as Malegra 5. You had strong side effects from the first dose Fainting or near-fainting Severe headache or vision changes Palpitations 6. Alcohol or recreational drugs were used heavily Alcohol increases BP drop risk Re-dosing becomes unsafe Simple rule One tablet = one sexual attempt window (up to 24 hours) Do not “top up” or repeat in the same day. If you want, tell me your age and whether you’re using it for the first time—I can explain the safest way to use it and what dose usually works best.
