Vigora 50 mg should be used carefully and only under a doctor’s prescription, as it is a sildenafil-based medicine for erectile dysfunction (ED). For safe use, it is usually taken 30–60 minutes before sexual activity with a glass of water. It should be taken only once in 24 hours. Sexual stimulation is required for it to work; it does not cause an automatic erection. To improve safety and effectiveness: Avoid taking it with nitrate medicines (used for chest pain), as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Limit or avoid Vigora 50 mgl , because it may increase dizziness and reduce performance. Avoid heavy or high-fat meals before taking it, as they can delay its effect. Do not combine with other ED medicines unless prescribed. Common side effects include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, dizziness, indigestion, or mild visual changes. These are usually temporary. Seek immediate medical help if you experience chest pain, severe dizziness, fainting, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism).
