Super P-Force is generally not considered safe for people with high blood pressure unless a doctor specifically approves it. Why this matters Super P-Force contains two active drugs: Sildenafil (for erectile dysfunction) Dapoxetine (for premature ejaculation) Both can affect blood pressure and the heart. High blood pressure concerns Blood pressure can drop too much Sildenafil widens blood vessels. This can cause a sudden drop in BP (hypotension), especially if you’re already on BP medicines.
