Hey, this trip represented five years of our journey together, so there was a lot of emotion involved. While organizing the surprise, I found just the right kind of assistance at the Jetblue Airways Office in Rochester, New York. Every detail was taken care of by the staff, who were genuinely helpful and patient. Knowing that the travel preparations were in capable hands made me feel at ease. The happiness and excitement in my husband's eyes when I eventually told him about the trip made all of the preparation worthwhile.
