Super Vidalista is a combination medicine used to treat both erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It contains tadalafil (also found in Cialis) and dapoxetine, a short-acting medication used to delay ejaculation.
The duration of effects mainly depends on tadalafil, since it has a long half-life. After taking SUPER VIDALISTA, tadalafil’s effects on erectile function can last approximately 24 to 36 hours in many men. This means the ability to achieve and maintain an erection in response to sexual stimulation may persist throughout this period.
However, dapoxetine works differently. It is fast-acting and short-lived, typically lasting around 4 to 6 hours in terms of its effect on delaying ejaculation. It is usually taken 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity.
Because of this combination, Super Vidalista provides a dual time profile: longer-lasting erectile support from tadalafil and shorter-duration ejaculatory control from dapoxetine.
It is important to note that the medicine does not create continuous sexual arousal or continuous erection. Sexual stimulation is still required for it to work.
Common side effects may include headache, dizziness, flushing, nausea, indigestion, or mild drowsiness. Alcohol should be avoided because it can increase side effects and reduce effectiveness.
A healthcare provider should always assess suitability before use, especially in men with heart conditions or those taking nitrate medications, to ensure safe use and proper dosing.
