The idea that a higher-strength Vidalista works faster is a common misunderstanding—it doesn’t. The speed (onset time) depends mainly on the form of the tablet, not the milligram strength. All standard Vidalista tablets (10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg, 60 mg) contain tadalafil and usually start working in about 30–60 minutes. Increasing the dose mainly increases intensity, not speed. The fastest-acting variants are those designed for quicker absorption: Vidalista Professional (sublingual) – dissolves under the tongue and can work in 15–30 minutes Vidalista Soft / CT (chewable) – absorbed faster than regular tablets, also around 15–30 minutes These bypass normal digestion, which is why they act quicker than swallowed tablets. In short, if your goal is fastest action, go for sublingual or chewable forms, not higher doses. Standard tablets are slower but still effective and long-lasting (up to 36 hours). Important: faster or stronger isn’t always better—higher doses increase side effects, so it’s best to choose a variant under medical guidance.
