I’ve been on a long journey trying to figure out the right path toward becoming a doctor. After working a regular office job for almost three years, I finally decided I don’t want to ignore that dream anymore. Recently I started researching a Caribbean medical school because a friend mentioned it might be a realistic option for someone with a nontraditional background. I’m curious if anyone here has actually gone through that route. Was the education strong, and did it help you move forward with residency opportunities?
