Need advice from other agents. I'm a solo realtor doing about 30-40 deals a year and the phone never stops. Buyers calling about listings, sellers wanting updates, randoms asking dumb questions, and I'm trying to actually show houses in between all this. My assistant is part-time so evenings and weekends are chaos. Someone in my brokerage group recommended Callacyfor handling initial inquiries and qualifying leads before they hit my phone. Has anyone here in real estate actually tried letting AI handle the first touch with cold inquiries? Worried about losing the personal feel that gets people to trust you. But also worried about burning out completely. What's been your experience?
