I’ve been researching better ways to streamline workforce operations, especially for teams that work across multiple sites and shifts. The main problem we face is inconsistent reporting and delayed communication between staff and supervisors.
Some forums mention tools like Security Guard Software as a way to centralize everything, but I’m not sure how much it really improves efficiency in practice. Does it actually reduce admin workload, or does it just move paperwork into a digital system?
