Sildalist Strong 140 contains two PDE5 inhibitors—sildenafil and tadalafil. This combination is used for erectile dysfunction, but it can increase the chance of side effects because both drugs affect blood flow and smooth muscle relaxation in the body. One of the less common but possible side effects is muscle or joint pain.
Joint pain is more likely to occur when the body is more sensitive to Sildalist Strong 140 Mg, which is known to sometimes cause back pain, muscle aches, or discomfort in the hips and joints. This usually happens within a few hours to a day after taking the medicine and may last up to 24–48 hours, depending on how long the drug stays active in the body.
The risk of joint or muscle pain increases in certain situations, such as higher doses, dehydration, alcohol consumption, or when the medicine is taken without proper medical supervision. People with existing joint disorders, arthritis, or kidney problems may also experience stronger or more noticeable discomfort.
In most cases, this pain is mild to moderate and temporary. However, if joint pain becomes severe, persistent, or is accompanied by chest pain, vision changes, or swelling, it may indicate a serious reaction and requires immediate medical attention.
To reduce risk, doctors usually recommend using the lowest effective dose and avoiding combination use unless specifically prescribed.
