Tadact 20 mg can usually be taken with many common pain relievers, such as paracetamol/acetaminophen or many simple NSAIDs, but the exact choice depends on your health condition and the pain medicine you mean. The main medicine interaction concern with Tadact 20 mg is with nitrates and some blood-pressure medicines, not ordinary painkillers.
If your pain reliever is an NSAID like ibuprofen or diclofenac, it is often used together in practice, but both medicines can still cause side effects like dizziness or stomach upset in some people. If you already have low blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, or you feel lightheaded after taking Tadact, you should be more cautious.
Do not combine TADACT 20 MG with any medicine for chest pain that contains nitrates, because that can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Also avoid alcohol excess, since it can worsen dizziness and fainting.
