Super Vilitra is a combination medication that typically contains vardenafil (for erectile dysfunction) and dapoxetine (for premature ejaculation). While many men use it successfully, some individuals are more likely to experience side effects than others. Common side effects can occur in almost any user and may include headache, facial flushing, dizziness, nasal congestion, indigestion, nausea, dry mouth, and mild fatigue. These effects are usually temporary and often improve as the medication leaves the body. People who may be more likely to experience side effects include: Super Vilitra adults, who may process medications more slowly. Individuals with heart, liver, or kidney problems, as these conditions can affect how the body handles the medication. Men taking other medications that interact with vardenafil or dapoxetine, such as certain antidepressants, antifungal drugs, antibiotics, or blood pressure medications. Those who consume large amounts of alcohol, which can increase dizziness, fainting, and low blood pressure. Men who are sensitive to PDE5 inhibitors or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), the drug class to which dapoxetine belongs. Less common but more serious side effects may include a significant drop in blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, fainting, sudden vision or hearing changes, severe allergic reactions, or a prolonged and painful erection lasting more than four hours (priapism). These reactions require immediate medical attention.
