Posting this in case it helps anyone else searching for a solid low-voltage contractor in the Houston area.
We needed a company that could handle multiple things — structured cabling, business WiFi, and later a Toast POS setup for a restaurant client — without hiring three separate vendors. Found Arctan Engineering, and they ended up handling all of it: commercial cabling installation, WiFi access point setup, and POS network wiring.
What stood out was that it's engineer-led (licensed PE with 17+ years experience), so the planning side was solid — proper site surveys, cable testing, labeling, everything documented instead of just "plug and go." No messy wiring, and everything was tested before handover.
If anyone in Houston needs commercial cabling, business WiFi, audio, or POS installation done properly, wanted to leave this recommendation here.
