Super P-Force is a prescription medication that combines sildenafil (100 mg) for erectile dysfunction (ED) and dapoxetine (60 mg) for premature ejaculation (PE). While it can be effective for men who have both conditions, it also has important limitations. Limitations of Super P-Force Not suitable for everyone: It should only be used by adult men diagnosed with both ED and PE. It is not intended for women or children. Requires sexual stimulation: Sildenafil helps produce an erection only when sexual arousal is present. Temporary effect: It treats symptoms but does not cure ED or PE. Once-daily Super P Force Do not take more than one tablet in a 24-hour period. Drug interactions: It should not be taken with nitrate medications (for chest pain), certain blood pressure medicines, or some medications that strongly affect liver enzymes, unless approved by a healthcare professional. Medical conditions: It may not be appropriate for people with serious heart disease, recent heart attack or stroke, severe liver disease, or uncontrolled low blood pressure. Alcohol: Drinking large amounts of alcohol can increase the risk of dizziness, fainting, and low blood pressure, and may reduce the medication's effectiveness. Side effects: Common side effects include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, dizziness, and nausea. Dapoxetine may also increase the risk of fainting in some people. No protection against STIs: It does not prevent sexually transmitted infections or act as a contraceptive.
