I’m planning a trip to Las Vegas soon and wanted to share a few thoughts for anyone else who may be traveling through the airport for the first time.
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is quite convenient because it is located close to the Las Vegas Strip. After landing, getting to most hotels is usually pretty straightforward, with taxis, ride-hailing services, rental cars, and other transportation options available.
One thing I would recommend is checking your terminal before leaving for the airport. The airport has multiple terminals and concourses, so knowing where your airline is located can save you some last-minute confusion.
If you are checking a bag, I would also suggest arriving early. Security can get busy, particularly during weekends, holidays, and major events in Las Vegas. Having some extra time means you can get through check-in and security without feeling rushed.
