Vilitra 10 is commonly sold as vardenafil 10 mg, a medicine for erectile dysfunction. Common side effects include headache, facial flushing, a blocked nose, indigestion and dizziness. DailyMed +1 Headache: Drink water, rest and avoid taking painkillers without checking that they are safe with your other medicines. Flushing or feeling hot: Stay in a cool environment and avoid hot baths or showers immediately if you feel dizzy. Blocked nose: Try saline nasal spray. Indigestion: Eat smaller meals and avoid heavy, greasy meals if they trigger symptoms. Dizziness: Sit or lie down, rise slowly and avoid driving until you feel normal. Repeated or troublesome side effects: Speak to your doctor about whether a lower dose or a different treatment would be more suitable. Do not change the dose yourself. What to avoid Avoid excessive alcohol, which can worsen dizziness and low blood pressure. Never combine vardenafil with nitrate medicines such as Vilitra 10 or isosorbide, or with riociguat. Check with your doctor or pharmacist before using it with heart or blood pressure medicines. Do not take extra tablets to improve its effect. These precautions are consistent with official vardenafil prescribing information. DailyMed +1 When to get urgent medical help Seek emergency care for chest pain, fainting, sudden loss of vision or hearing, or an erection lasting 4 hours or longer. If you develop chest pain after taking Vilitra, tell emergency staff when you took it and do not take nitroglycerin yourself.
