Not everyone likes walking into a room full of strangers and diving right in to introduce themselves. Some need time to look around, get settled and slowly become comfortable. If this sounds like you, then even the best yoga teacher training in Rishikesh can be both exciting and intimidating.
You might be afraid that you’ll have to be talking all the time, showing off for everybody, sharing personal thoughts, or making friends quickly. You may have a fear that you’ll appear less confident if you’re quiet.
But being an introvert doesn’t mean you’re less suited to becoming a yoga teacher. Infact you are more suited, when teaching, careful listening, attention to detail, deep reflection and making meaningful connections can become strengths.
Ask if you choose a learning environment that respects the way you learn.
