Fildena 150 mg contains sildenafil, a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction. Its side effects can include headache, facial flushing, dizziness, nasal congestion, indigestion and palpitations. To reduce these effects, stay hydrated, avoid excessive alcohol, avoid heavy or fatty meals, and rest if you experience dizziness. Avoid grapefruit juice and do not combine sildenafil with Fildena 150 Mg erectile dysfunction medicines or nitrate medications. Never take another dose within 24 hours. Important: 150 mg is higher than the usual maximum recommended sildenafil dose of 100 mg in 24 hours. A higher dose can increase side effects without providing better results. Consult your doctor about a safer dose. Seek emergency medical attention for chest pain, fainting, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than four hours.
