This is how to solve wireless printing problems if your wireless printer is stopped working. Restarting your router may solve the problem first check to see if your printers Wi-Fi light is lit or if a Wi-Fi symbol is displayed on the printers LCD screen if it isn't you may need to reconnect your printer to your wireless network see the videos on connecting your printer to a wireless network or your users guide for more information if the Wi-Fi light is lit or a Wi-Fi symbol is displayed but you still can't print you'll need to restart your router before continuing restarting your router will temporarily disable your internet connection. If still, you are unable to solve your issue contact an expert for further steps.
